Digital transformation blueprint for aviation

Developed an extensive experience strategy for an airline portal to transform the way airline operators worldwide receive training and materials from the original equipment manufacturer.

Worked as an Experience Lead, with a cross-functional account team to deliver transformation blueprint in 16 weeks. Created an onsite war-room comprised of client and agency colleagues to tactically solve large business process issues through a perfect balance of design and technology.

Designed and developed clickable prototypes that were rapidly iterated upon throughout the project and presented to the executive steering committee as a proof of concept in a discovery phase contract.
